18000 free families from familit – Revit Family Library

While familit do have a browser / content manager add-in, this is a paid product (if you are looking for free family browser, check out tools4revit).  However, the family content itself at familit is free:
At the moment familit.com offers 18.000 free families in English, German and French language.

there are also some good revit families available at http://www.cadblocksfree.com

worth checking out as they have sketchup and AutoCAD blocks to download also.

Saw some on revitkit.com that showed setting out for disabled access as well. They were quite good actually. There's some other good stuff there too.

I personally sometimes take free cad blocks here, there are not bad ones https://dwgfree.com)) The guys have a collection of about 15,000 cad blocks and everything is free)) download everything for you
