To get Revitlookup 2014.0.0.5, do this –
Download the ZIP:
https://github.com/jeremytammik/RevitLookup/archive/2014.0.0.5.zip
Add Reference to Revit Program folder, then Build. Copy DLL etc as necessary (other steps here).
